Booking rules
Inter Club is pleased to present reservation system of
hotels.
Please, note the following:
- All published prices are in US Dollars or EUR
- All published prices include VAT
- All published prices can be charged without price
notice
Booking
To make your booking please click the
button "Booking" and fill in "Reservation form". After you have completed the
gap click the button "Submit".
Booking confirmation
will be sent to you by fax or by e-mail within 24 hours after receipt of your
order excluding weekends and public holidays in Russian Federation. An invoice
can be ordered services upon your request.
Visa supportInter Club is pleased to arrange the
visa support for the foreign guests when Hotel accommodation is booked through
Inter Club.
Payment100% pre-payment for all ordered services
is required at the moment of booking. If 100% pre-payment is not received 3
working days prior to arrival the reservation cancelled automatically.
Payment can be made:
- by Bank transfer to the Bank account:
Inter Club reserves the rights to cancel all reserved
services in case payment is made untimely, incompletely or incorrectly.
Granting of ServicesWhen pre-payment is received
we will send you by fax or by e-mail the confirmation with reference number and
details for all ordered services.
Cancellation policyCancellation without penalty
can be made before 9.00 a.m. GMT 3 working days prior to arrival. Late
cancellation and
No Show are subject to
cancellation fee equal to:
- 100%
cost of first night accommodation including breakfast
- 100% cost of all services ordered for th
whole period of stay (transfers, excursions, etc)
Please note, if you book hotel
for a long period (min. 2 weeks) and our company provide visa support letter, in case of "No Show" or "Early Departure" - 50% cost
of the whole stay - NON REFUNDABLE.
Late arrival and "No Show"
In case a client does not arrive by an appointed time to
the place where services start to be granted:
- an order for transfer
will be held for 2 hours starting from appointed time, then it will be cancelled
automatically
- an order for
accommodation in a hotel will be held for one night, then it will be cancelled
automatically - an order for excursions and other additional services (guides,
rent a car, etc) will be cancelled automatically Early departure In case of early departure a client according to his
written application will be refunded the money for the services than have been
ordered and not granted. In case of early departure penalties equal to 1 night
accommodation and meals at the Hotel will be charged. Payment for unused
transfers and excursions is not refunded. Prolongation of services All ordered services can be prolonged by Inter Club
according to the written request sent to Inter Club office by e-mail or by fax.
