1 Day
: arrival in
St.Petersburg. Meeting with guide in airport. Transfer to hotel.

2 Day :
Breakfast in hotel.
Meeting with guide in hotel Reception area and departure to City tour (3 hours
duration) We will pass through main sightseeing in St.Petersburg – Nevsky
prospect, Vasiliy Island, Palace square (Dvortsovaya ploschad’).
We
make a photo-stop
nearby
Cathedral “Our savour on the Blood” . Built in 1907
as memorial church to honor Russian emperor Alexander II, just on the
spot of crucial terrorist attempt upon him. A sample of "Russian style"
architecture and decorative art at the edge of the XIX-XX centuries. Mosaic
attire of the church
(over 7,000 sq.
m) was created to the design of 30 artists.
We also pass
thgough Legendary Aurora battle-ship, Smolny Cathedral, Admirality, St.Isaac
Cathedral. During city tour we take excursion to
Peter-and-Paul Fortress - historical core of
St.Petersburg. It was laid by the order and to the plot-plan of Peter the Great
on May 16 (27)
1703. Then we
visit Zayachiy Island that is linked with Petrogradskiy Island
by Ioanovsky
and Kronverkskiy bridges. In 1706-40 the walls of fortress that
face the Neva
River were lined with granite blocks
3 Day
: Breakfast in
hotel. Meeting with guide in hotel Reception area and departure to excursion to
Hermitage – one of the greatest museum of the
World.
After excursion

4 Day
: Breakfast in
hotel. Meeting with guide in hotel Reception area and departure to excursion to
Pushkin (Tsarskoe Selo) No other excursion brings
back such a long chain of historic associations. Pushkin is an ensemble of
palaces and parks. It is a brilliant monument of
architecture
and gardening of the 18th-19th centuries. The major sight is a
magnificent
Catherine I Palace- one of the best examples of Russian baroque
with incredible
collection of art. The most famous place here is the Amber
Room.
5 Day
: Breakfast in
hotel. Meeting with guide in hotel Reception area and departure to excursion to
Russian Art Museum – the largest in the world
collection of Russian art.
After excursion
you have free time.
6 Day
: Breakfast in
hotel. Meeting with guide in hotel Reception area and departure to
excursion
to
Peterhof
- jewel of the Russian art, a town of
parks, palaces and fountains, one of the world-famous suburban
residence of Russian Tsars.
7 Day
: Breakfast in
hotel. Free day.
Optional:
Folklore Show in Nikolaevsky Palace “Feel yourself
Russian
” with traditional Russian fourchette. The show takes place in
the Concert Hall (the former Ballroom) of the Nikolayevsky Palace. It is a jewel
in the crown of St.Petersburg architecture. It was built in
the 19th
century to the design of the famous architect Andrey Stakenshneider
for Emperor
Nikolay I's son, Grand Duke Nikolay. The interior is sure to
produce an
unforgettable impression upon everyone!
